India triumphs over the impregnable Lunar South Pole!

At 6.04pm, on 23rd August 2023, India laughed the last laugh as Chandrayaan-3 successfully soft-landed on the Moon. India becomes the first country to land near the ever-impregnable South pole of the moon.

Chandrayaan-3's Vikram lander had a soft landing on the lunar surface. The landing will be followed by the rollout of the Pragyan rover, said ISRO. "India, I reached my destination, and you too" was the proud call from the Chandrayaan-3 lander on the lunar surface.

Today, the much anticipated wait and prayers of all Indians came true.
